Firstly, appologies for my over-excitement, I’m sure some people are already bored of hearing me mention the C2C, but it’s just really captured my imagination! In fact I’ve already done some more shopping (following my book purchases) and just ordered some gaiters and a hydration rucksack from wiggle. Now I know its a bit previous, but in my defense they were both on special offer and so I saved a fair bit of money : ) The downside is that because the post office are striking they will be delivered (or not, as the case may be) by CityLink (affectionately known by many as Sh!tyLink), which basically means I’ll have to drive to Ashford to pick them up : ( Anyway, I’m hoping my purchases will satisfy my C2C obsession for a little while at least…next I’ll probably entertain myself looking at routes and itineraries.
PS Congrats to Winter and Thalia on their new pad – good luck with the upacking! xM

2 friends and the coast to coast walk 
Well, as I expected, I did not get my stuff 😦 grrrrrrrrr. It was returned to Wiggle; I couldn’t get to Ashford to pick it up in time, and so I’ve had to re-order it. Hopefully it’ll come via RoyalMail this time so I’ll actually get them!

Hooray! I got my stuff at last. It was delivered by RM so I just popped to my local PO to pick it up 🙂
Gaiters and backpack look good, and I can’t wait to try them out for real!
